About these terms
These terms apply to your use of iura.ai, including its Italian edition and the voice assistant on it. The site is run by BLOCK VENTURES sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland under company number 6462979837, which trades as IURA (“IURA”, “we”, “us”).
By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.
Information, not an offer
The site describes our services for businesses: IURA Growth Engine and IURA Bespoke Automation. Nothing on it is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract.
We provide services only under a written agreement signed by both sides: a proposal or order, the service schedule and the contract. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement prevails.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise. They describe how we normally price our services, and they can change. The price that applies to you is the one in your signed agreement.
Illustrative figures
The ROI, cost, saving, payback, timing and outcome figures on this site, including the examples, charts and sample cases, are illustrative. They are built on assumed inputs to show how we think about a business case.
They are not results we have delivered, not a forecast for your business and not a guarantee. A real figure exists only once we have measured your starting point and agreed a business case with you.
The voice assistant
The voice assistant is an AI agent. It answers general questions about our services and passes your enquiry to us. It can misunderstand you or get things wrong, and nothing it says is an offer, a quote, advice or a commitment from IURA.
Conversations are recorded and transcribed, as our privacy policy explains. Please don’t share sensitive information with the assistant.
Using the site properly
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful or in breach of these terms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any system connected to it, or disrupt them, for example by overloading them;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code;
- send false, misleading or unsolicited messages through the enquiry form or the voice assistant, or pretend to be someone else.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including the text, diagrams, illustrations, design and the IURA name and logo, belong to us or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view, download and print pages for your own internal use, and share links to them. Any other use, such as copying, adapting or republishing our content or using our brand, needs our written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We don’t control them, and we aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. The content is general information about our services, not professional advice for your situation.
Liability
The site is free information. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the site, from being unable to use it, or from relying on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business or data.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. If you use the site as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes go to the courts that have jurisdiction over our registered office. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can also bring proceedings there.
